ok all u have to do is tie a thin rope to 2 garbage cans and put them on each side of the road then u hide and wait for a victim to come and get cought up in the rope they will think there is somthing wrong with there car and pull over or they will see the prank and come out and kick ur @$$!!! so be in a good hiding spot where u can sprint away from the sene with out being seen!! good luck!
