Ok, what you do is, you take an industrial size trashcan and you fill it 3/4 full of water, then at night, you and another person sneak up to the house and lean the trash can against the front door. Then ring the door bell. =) Done it, lots of water damage, especially if they have wooden floors, if not, its still a #*@!ty mess to clean up.
