1. buy a bike pump where u can open the air chamber
2. get a gallon of children’s non-toxic washable paint
3. get some water ballons from the doller store
4. open the top of the air pump and fill it with the paint
5. cut the nozzle of the pump off so u have just the hose
6. have a friend hold the ballon on the hose then pump it with paint.
7.tie it and throw

warning: store in a box lined with something soft so they dont burst
