Ok,
You Need A Flat Headed Screw Driver, Plyers And An Exacto Knife.
Find Your Targets Car, Go Under It, Use The Screw Driver To Turn The Hood Relese At The Front Of The Car(every car has one), Get Up And Open The hood, Pull The End Of The Destributer Cap Wire Off The Coil (the single wire going to a cylender on the side of the egine compartment), Use Plyers To Pull Off All Of The belts on the engine, Then Cut Them Off Using The Knife! Get Rid Of The Evidence And Leave.


Their Car won’t start at all and all they will hear is it turning over and not going! It will cost them a good 50 bucks to get new belts too or they will be stuck without power steering and coolent! LOL
