Ok, first to make this cool cannon you need some metal pipe-i used copper tube because it is smooth,but its your choice.then some kind of ammo(i got an acorn nut an ground the sides round it looked like a bullet). you can make black powder of cut a model rocket engine in half(slowly!!) with a hack saw drill the hard propelent to make powder.OK so once you have the powder of your choice get the tube an soder a cap on the end and drill a hole for the fuse (when it cools down,duh!)inser your fuse and powder then take your"bullet" if it dosnt fit kinda snug wrap it in a thin cloth then pack it in take it out side an light the fuse it is verry powerful!!!
you might wanna make some sort of platform to be extra safe and accurate. but do take caution where you shoot it mine went through a metal can and through an old door (really old) an still wetn with great distance!!!! But have fun with it! |
