Ok heres what you do people you take regular dish washing detergent the night before it rains. You put it all over the lawn of the persons house. When it rains the detergent suds up and teh neighbors dont know what hit them. It also will kill their lawn 6 months later and they wont know it is from the detergent. You people need to find better pranks the ones i read were lame.
