this is fun as hell. make sure you do this at night so no one can see you. first, get some dark clothes on and some tape.(electrica and duct tape works the best. also if you have any caution tape use it.) walk down the road a ways and find a place where no houses can see you to put the tape across two telephone poles, trees, etc. put the tape about the height of the windshield of a car and run off the side of the road in the woods but make sure you can see where you put the tape. when a car comes, some will drive right through it, but some will stop and turn around or get out of the car and rip it down. i have had about ten cars line up waiting for someone to get out and rip the tape down. some people will call the cops on you, but not very often. just make sure you are far enough off the road so they can’t see you. for even more fun, tape some eggs to it so the cars run through the tape and get their windshields messy.
