K first u and a buddy get a new garbage bag. CUt a hole in it about as big for ur mouth or to breath . now get in the bag (your freind could help with this.) then sealit shut get down by a curb and when a car is comming start to move around realy fast . some people should stop if they do rip the bag buy ur mouth hole and run like ur legs are on fire. did it before its a blast
