Here is how u ruin a whole neiborhoods power/phones/co electronic:Firs wear some jeans woth strong belt loops. a rock climbing harness is good. Take some good strong rope. Get a big All metal pipe wrench/pry bar/w handel removed/large rachet/etc climp up a power pole with the 2(or 3 or 4) power transformers(th big round grey boxes) and TIE YOURSELF THERE SO YOU DONT FALL!! Then take ur metal object and drop it onto the transformers and duck! BoM (very similar to nuculear explosion( mostly EMP part). byebye all eletronics
