Get a bunch of friends (trustworthy friends) that live on your floor. Then declare war on another floor. Steal the furniture from their lounge and put it in the basement or something. Take shower curtains off and hide them, just one or two a week. Take the bags out of their garbage cans. Tape over their peep holes. Prank individual rooms. Just start subtle and build until it effects them every day and they start being paranoid and posting guards at night and stuff.

A few friends and I are doing it here. We started out by getting some paint that’s the colour of our floor (ugly brown, there’s is blue) and painted one little wall at the end of the hall, then part of the lunge, bathroom, etc. We’re anexing their floor). Plus we steal their stuff and hide it elsewhere. Unplug their TV every day. Put out of order signs that look real on the elevator buttons). We’ve got a serious war going on here.
