ok so first u take some matchs (10 is the best) and u tape the bottom of them(the end that is not being lite) and then u take some paper caps and rap about 15 to the wnd that is being lite. take a small peice of tape and the stick the caps to the matched then take som tin foil and wrap a small amout around the end that is being lite(make it have a tail) and leave a hole in the bottom of it so the flames can get to the matches and there u go u have a flair (use a lighter i#*@!an it work best) but be careful im now serving 38 hours of community service because i blew up some one tire when they drove over it
