Ok all you need is some real strong string, wait till the target floor goes to sleep, and you and a trusted partner can go to the floor and tie all the knobs together. What you do is tie a tight knot around the first door on the floor, and then just loop around every other knob, criss cross from door to door, all the way down to the end of the floor. Wait till someone has to go to the bathroom, or even better wake up to go to class. If the string is strong enough and tight enough, no one will be able to leave thier room on that floor!
