okay this is very simple to do but you have to do it at night so no one sees you doing it.

1. first you get about a 20 oz. empty bottle and put baking soda in it.
2. Walk over to your neighbors garage that has been painted or just any garage that has been painted. When you are there add vinagar to it and throw it on the garage it totally eats threw the paint and if they try to paint over it it will just eat threw that too.
