First you will need :a bobby pin or a needle or (a bobby pin works better),alcohol matches,and a cigarette(menth is the best).first you get the cigarette and you emty it out and put 5 match heads in the bottom and pack some of the tobacco back in it and one by one put the rest of the match heads in while putting in a little bit of tobacco at a time and when youre finished pack the very top good so that it doesn’t look obvious,next you get the bobby pin or needle (remember that bobby pins work best)and put it in the cigarette all the way until it touches the bottom part(if there’s any of the pin left you can cut it with some scissors),thaen when that’s done you get the alcohol and soke the cigarette in it,when the cigarette is dry you are now ready to test it out on your victim.when youre victim is with you offer him or her the cigarette and as soon as they go to take the first it !!"FoM"!! and you now have a victim with a cigarette with a straight line of ash (thanks to the bobby) pin and a victim scared #*@!less with nothing to say.ENJOY.

First of all, the alchahol dries up and leaves no flammable residue. I tried this and it doesn’t work. Use slow burning gunpowder instead. I give you a 2.
