I live up north where it gets pretty damn cold. What you do is wait for a cold snap where it will be cold for a while. Go out and buy some hardcore porn magizines (#*@! porn works well if your mark is a guy.) Find their car and stick the porn pictures to it by dumping water over them. The pictures will freeze to the car. Works best if they don’t have a warm garage to park in.
