Ok heres a funny thing to do to cars that doesn’t cause (too much) damage. The first thing you can do is canning. In order to can a car, you have to take two soda cans, and enough fishing line to stretch accross the street. Now find a street with some bushes on either side. Tie the fishing line onto each can and then put each can in a bush on either side of the street. Make sure the cans are barely resting in the bush, and that the fishing line is suspended about 2 feet above the road. Now hide and watch. When a car hits the fishing line, it pulls the cans out of the bushes and drags them behind the car making alot of noise and scaring the hell outta whoever was driving.
The second prank is taping. This one is much easier than canning. All you do is take some strong tape (duct tape or shipping tape) and take a piece long enough to go accross the street and lay it sticky side up. If it’s windy outside and the tape blows over, fold over the ends so it kind of tapes itself to the street. When a car runs over it the tape sticks to the tires and it makes a crinkling sound kind of like a flat tire. Variations of this are putting sticks or rocks in the tape, but this might be considered vandalism so dont do it. Also, you can make elaborate criss-cross networks of tape and set up multiple tape traps.
