Go to the Cafeteria get a tray. Take the tray outside and urinate on it, filling it to about 1/2 full. Leave tray outside to freeze. Take frozen "sheets" out of tray and slide them far under dorm room doors late at night.

The frozen "Sheet" will melt overnight and in the morning roomates will step in what are now "pools". Each will assume the other has wet the floor overnight.
