I did this to a freind once, he shat himself.

Tak one of those small milk cartons that they have at gas stations for the coffie, conceal it in your hand

Tell your mate you have something in your eye and start scratching your eye, now squeeze the milk carton untill it bursts, it looks like you have popped your eyeball.

For effect you can strt screaming "oh #*@! my eye" stuff like that, as soon as your mate starts #*@!ting himself just look up at the expression on his face.

haha =] i did this to my family at dinner....except i pretended i was playing around with a knife and i had a packet of kethcup and the cream stuff in my hand and i was like.....watch this!!! and then i "stabbed myself in the eye" my dad even fainted =P
