Well what you got to do is get a all tv remote control" that do all commands like turn VCR player on/off set video LP/SP and etc, and if your neighboor has a window view of their TV box in direction of you and they dont cover their window much like with blinds or curtains and its mostly all exposed enough for your remote control to reach if there are many neighboors like this living in your ROAD,well go across with your all tv Remote or if it has a long distance radius use it from your living room window if you dont wanna go outside and get caught to Easy then whatever u do go outside or stay from your living window,aim it at their LASER SENSOR ON THEIR TV OR VCR PLAYER MAKE SURE YOUR REMOTE CONTROL LASER IS INLINE WITH THEIR LASER SENSOR #*@! AND TURN THEIR TV OFF WHEN THEY ARE WATCHING SOMETHING INTERESTING"HA THIS PRANK IS #*@!ING FUNNY I DONE IT TO 3 NEIGHBOORS THEY DID’NT KNOW WHAT DA FUNK WAS GOING ON ALL THEY KNEW IS THAT THEIR TELEVISION COULD HAVE HAD A TECHNICAL FAULT AND IT REALLY FUNKING ANNOYED THEM LOL" ALL I SAY THIS PRANK IS A GENIUS! AND ALSO MY Classic.Have Fun.

each TV has its own individual remote with individual cyberwaves. 0* doesnt work unless the tv is the same
