You need to be at the phone to do this! All you need to do is go to a payphone and dial 987 then the four numbers after the after the local three digit #. {should be on the phone somewhere} wait untill it is done thanking you for using the phone then hang up. Pick it up and there should be a annoying ringing noise. After 10 seconds push the hang up button quickly and then hang up the phone. Run and hide! It should ring soon. if not you did it wrong. Soon somebody should pick it up. This really P***** people off if you do it alot of times. I had a lady chase me around the building when I was doing this.
