Ok, First u need a flat piece of cardboard (pizza box or just a box) then u need some markers or black spray paint. and then you need some foil . Ok get a buddy who can draw a cat on the piece of cardboard it dose not have to be perfect. Then cut out the cat and spray paint it black. Put somthing behind the cats feet so it would stand. wrap up two little foil pices about the size of a dime and glue it on the cat for eyes. Vwala u now have your cardboard kitty. Set it out in the middle of the street on whereit is very dark. make shure it is night. whatch peeps drive up and wait ther for like 2 minutes untill the run it over have fun.
