all you need is a couple cans of shaving cream.
all you do is put th shaving cream (leave it in the can) in the frezer overnight. in the morning before going to work take them out and the metal can should have broken open. you then peel off the metal and throw it out. put the frozen product(s) in his/her desk when thy are not looking.
the result:
the shaving cream melts and expands to fill there whole desk with shaving cream.
