What you need is clear or lemon flavored gelatin/ jello. Late at night you take the jello and put it in the toilet to let it get harden. Then when some one sits down to take a crap it will be siting on the jello. You just have to add hot water of broken up to flu#*@! is good to do at public toilets have fun with this prank.
