This is a pretty high-risk prank. if you even wanna call it that. I would classify it more under "How to kill someone". But hell, its for "entertainment purposes, right?
MATERIALS:
* Tape
*Nails
* Glue

DIRECTI Make a thick strip of duct tape about 5 ft long and 1/8 to 1/4 in thick. You can do this by wrapping the duct tape around itself multiple times. Next, stick nails of various lengths, and sizes every which way through the strip. Make sure the nails go in different directions and angles for it to work properly. Then just add a few drops of super glue where the nails meets the duct tape. You have now created a spike strip. You can throw it at cars on the freeway if you wanna kill them. Or attach it to fishing line and pull it in the oncoming path of a car late at night if your looking for a lesser criminal charge, (and most-likely convition)
