Find someone with a car with hubcaps. One night, or during school or whatever, take off those hupcaps. Put alot of bb’s in each and carefully screw it back on. The bb’s hit agains the rims, causing a loud and annoying noise inside the car. We did it to my friends car, and it was so loud we couldnt hear the stereo. We were like, "Dude, what is that noise!" He ended up getting his car checked out, and they charged him like 50 bucks or somthing just to empty out his hubcaps
