Rubbing alcohol will make you VERY sick or kill you. METHANOL [wood alcohol] will blind you. Lemon Extract/Vanilla Extract is an edible substance obviously [it’s in recipes]. The extracts are ethanol, so they’re safe to drink. This is SOO obvious and well known, I’ll give it 2 stars.
