When I first came to RE, there were abusive mods and members running this place. Me and a few other members stood up for ourselves and fought hard untill those bigheaded members were stripped of power. Our persistance finally payed off when the environment of RE eventually calmed down and became more accepting of new members and new content. When I became a mod myself, I made a personal vow to not let that bigheaded sadist attidude ever evolve again. However, it now seems enevitable. It seems that the spirit of RE is turning gutless. Hardly anybody supported my complaints against rambo’s way of modding. It wasn’t untill AFTER I deleted his account that people stood up and said how they truly felt about him and his actions. Those people are cowards for not saying something earlier. I am not going to fight for a group of people who cannot even fight for themselves. History repeats itself. RE is slowely turning into what it was when I first came here. I don’t want to be in power while that is going on. I will let the politics of RE take whatever path that the more determained members want it to go. I am tired of arguing and fighting for the values I once beleived in. I am not going to mod anymore. I probably won’t even post much anymore. I have already been slowly drifing away from RE in the past few weeks. Some of you may have noticed that before the argument with Rambo errupted, my daily post count was almost nothing. I have better things to do with my time and patience anyways. I will still be here for a while, but not as a highly active member like I once was, and definatly not as a moderator by any means. It is time that I start to distance myself from this site. Please don’t message me with moderator requests or complaints anymore. I will be turning off ’message allowance from anyone’. I will also delete many of the RE people on my aim buddy list, and I will delete all of my rotteneggs myspace friends. It is nothing personal. I wrote this manifesto to let you guys know how I feel about the history and future of RE politics, and that I won’t be much of a part of it anymore.
