ok first of all i just get this idea from the school im going to and i dont use illegal drugs...

i you have homing pegion that the best but you can still use a doves.

how will i make the dove go to my house?
put the dove in a cage at put it to the roof of your house for about a month and put a bright color flage in it.then try to let your dove go and if it comes back you can now trust your bird exept if they come with the flock...

now in exchanging drugs give the bird to the dealer and the dealer will put the drugs in the birds foot and they will let it go...

just make sure that the deler is trustworthy....
thats it.
dont forget to feed the bird
