This is my first egg, and I really tried this. I own -my dad bought it since I cannot legally own it- an .177 air rifle. I got from Big 5 Sporting goods 2 years ago, and I think it was a ripoff. It wasn’t of much use until I did this.

you will need an Air Rifle, (norm. rifles ok-use a blank)
a pellet (for paper target type)
glue (try hot glue or wax)
some mix that makes a bright flash
matches
and a few M40s tied together.

Its rather simple. its best to do it at night with a friend. You will have to perfectly balance the M40s so the shot won’t fall off the gun with you fire it. use the glue or wax to secure the M40s, cover with the flash making mix (i used some fireworks mixed with sparklers) and glue the pellet to the bottom of this thing.
load the blank to your rifle (compressed air)
Then stick the pellet into the muzzle of the gun, saftey off, friend lights the fuses, then pull the trigger.
If you’ve never used a gun before it may be hard to hold it steady and take the recoil well.

Mine flew a couple hundred feet and blew up, and I saw a small flash.
