what you do is this. you take that clear plastic food rap. dry around the toilet seat and place it on the bottom of the seat. pull it tight so that there are no bubbles and it looks clear when the seat is placed down. this works on men and women and is funny. now the long part. you wait till someone uses the stall. it splashes all over the place and makes it look like they wet their pants
