This idea is not 100% mine, but this is my first egg. The writer did not use it as pepper spray, but I do. It calls for a high-proof alcohol, but I use 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (Isopropyl Alcohol is a long word for rubbing alcohol, like the kind doctors use to disinfect a cut). Isopropyl Alcohol has a few advantages of high-proof alcohol: It is a lot cheaper (1$ for 32 ounces of it) and anyone can buy it (you do not have to be over 18). Anyways, all you need to do is get a spicy pepper (I use jalapenos that are growing in my house). Once the peppers are ripe, cut them up into small pieces and put them into a container (with a lid) full of the alcohol. Use a lot of peppers for a fair amount of alcohol. Leave the peppers in the container for about a week. Once time has passed, the alcohol should have a yellow hue (color depends on what kind of pepper you use). Just remove the lid and let it evaporate (or heat over a stove on a VERY low heat to prevent ignition of it). Once the alcohol is gone, you should be left with capsaicin (capsaicin is what makes peppers spicy). You can put it in a spray bottle full of water (not sure if this will work because capsaicin is like an oil and, as many know, oil and water do not mix). Or you could not evaporate the alcohol and just put that in a spray bottle (the alcohol will burn the eyes as well as the capsaicin). WARNING: just using the alcohol could potentially blind someone (unless that is your intention). Enjoy.

what if you ground up the peppers and just used the juice itself? i worked at a restaurant cutting these little green spicy bastards and I tell you, taking a piss before washing my hands was one of the worst ideas of my life.
pretty cool idea nonetheless, and keeping the alcohol in there would make for some "cool" waterguns
