if you know how to relode an ammo it will be easy

FMJ ammo is coted w/copper.melt the lead inside of it and put a small amount of drugs then seild it with a epoxy clay then relode it make shure its only a minor load. then the buyer must have a sand bag in the front of their yard.
this is good if the use and the dealer is neigbours just shoot the sand bag and make shure you use a silenser and you hit the sand bag.
