what is it and how to make it...

intercooller sprayer

note:this is the very basic

this has a very simple explanation...
intercooler sprayer is mouth in the front of the intercooler and when press its spray a cold co2 to the intercooler so the air inside the intercooler will be cold and condece before it go to the manifold...

turbo charger w/intercooler

turbo charger blows air in the intercooler and to the manifold
the air that came into the turbo charger is in hi psi "compres air"the temp of the compres air is hight but not that hi its like the nitro compress tank use in paint ball.so the role of the intercooler is to make the air cold and condence.
its like a radiator that cools water exept the intercooler cools air

the result of this is called boost.
hi presure and condece/cool air result for better fuel burning.the more fuel has been burn the right way means mor power.

how to make a intercooler sprayer(ICS)

note:you may need some proper fiting and treding in a machine shop


if you buy ICS its cost about $300 or more depend to the brand
a original and home made ICS is qite the same and works the same.cos its do the same work.

this is what you need
a co2 tank must be a (hi psi)
like the 30ownse paint ball tank or bigger
a press button that use in the air horn/trumpet or a original nos,nx,etc.
a flexible aluminume (9-10mm)pipe or any pipe that you can bend
a drill.

form the into a oblong or rectangle sape that will sorund the intercooler and drill a line if small hole in it probaly (4mm).
seal the other end of the hole in the pipe and place the press button in the other end you may need to tred it into a machine shop connect the hose to the press button and to the co2 tank placing the hose may require a fitting and treding in the machine shop.connect the wiring to the ignition wire and to the button...

and you wave now a intercooler sprayer

the horse power of it depend to the size of the intercooler and the psi of the tank.

their is 2 way to use it
1.press when you need it "it will be like a n2o"(reseve power)
2.set it on when you are about to race(it will have a constant power)BETTER

im saying this works like the original and gain HP like the original.but if you want to use the original like nos,nx,cyro,etc. its up to you im just saying this bec. ijust whant you to know how to make some.and prove my self that i can make it.

this invention is originaly from me and i got the idea from the original ones.
