Needed:

1. 5cm hose pipe
2. doctors glove
3. duct tape

Cut the longest finger of the glove off, and tape it to the end of the hose.

Thats it!. Now place a small stone in, pull back the glove finger and Fire!

This sounds like a really toned-down sling shot. Youl could probally make one of these out of a pen, just remove the end caps, add a rubber band to the bottom, add a projectile, and fire.

hey
alot better if u got a handel on it just a bit of rubber tubing

and instead doctors glove use one of those like chemicals glove things thee alot stronger
