To tick someone off, all you need is a few bucks and a christmas fruitcake. Go to the petstore and buy like 40 maggots. Put the fruitcake and the maggots in a package and mail it to someone (croos-country is best because it takes longer). If it gets to them after 3 days, when they open the box, the maggots will have been grown into flies, and the stink therein will be horrible. Excellent revenge for an Ex or for an enemy. Mwahahaha.
