ok, first get a person that is kinda small. make sure they know what will happen. Tell them to bend over and breath heavily for 2-5 mins. After this they stand stright up and they cross their arms on their chest hold their breath and close thier eyes. They will eventually black-out and will awake a few seconds later. (be really careful with this)
Jan 15, 2005 8:21 pm - If you were in a deep sleep and wake up suddenly, you can pass out if you jump out of bed REALLY fast. This happened to me before. I was late for school so I shot out of bed and ran downstairs. When I turned on the light, I looked at it for a second and it started to get really bright. I heard a rigning noise in my ear and passed out. I woke up with a cold feeling on my back and a head ache. Turns out I fell onto the tile and banged my head against the wall.
Jan 16, 2005 4:30 am - The Funnest thing that i like is when you are sitting down and when you get up you feel light headed and somtimes it can be real bad.Like the other day i got up and felt so light headed i just fell straight to the floor smacking my head but it didnt hurt.
Jan 16, 2005 7:05 am - Yeah I’ve been having light-headed-ness lastly for some reason.. I mean every time I get up, kinda strange. Have to be careful with this egg; it’ll blocked your arteries to make you faint. Let’s just say that’s not the best thing to do.
Jan 19, 2005 3:45 pm - Sry i forgot to tell u that while the person is doing that u are suppose to squeez them really hard around their chest. It is esiest to be behind them when doing this.
May 30, 2005 11:15 am - NO its not dangerous at all, my brother did it 17 times in an hour just so I could see if it was dangerous. NOW, if you for some reason keep holding your breath then you have problems. It might also be dangerous if you have heart problems or have had a stroke, but who knows.
