first:arail shell.get a blown up ballon and paper mooch’e it with 6 layers of peper.let the ballon dry and pop it-there your pefectly formed shell.now fill it up with any color formula of stars you want.now get the hole at the bottom of the mooche just big enough to fit a 1.5 inch time fuse.the get a tuna can and fill it with FINE granulate powder.now super glue it really good to the bottom of the shell.put a hole to the side of the can for a 3 foot long visco fuse.there your shell.
second: mortar-first take a regular sheet of paper and wrap it around the real morder and tape it at the edges.then get 17 sheets of paper and get them dipped in a glue(paper muchae) and wrap around the paper tube and super glue to a block of wood-with some bricks so it wont tip over.and you can figure it out from there.

Idiot, it is spelt mache, not moooche... And this is really retarded. Paper can not hold the black powder and the explosion would rip the tube into many pieces...
