One day me and some friends decided to go explore another factory that we had heard about, a former string or textile factory (not the same factory as my previous egg) by the side of a canal. So we rode the 10 miles out of town to this place, bringing spraycans and some fireworks and a crowbar in one kid’s backpack. It was a srenuouse ride through cold biting wind, yet it was worth it. We took a turn down a dirt path that led parralel to the frozen over canal. Down the path we finally came across a huge brick factory, with 2 smokestacks, one of them toppled over. There was a padlock and "NO TRESSPASSING" sighn on the doors. So we pried the boards of the windows and threw a brick through the glass and broke in that way. It was pretty dark inside, only dim murky light penetrating the filthy factory windows so i light one of the oil torches i had made before our expedition. One of us had brought his skate board, i was pissed that i forgot to bring mine, and boarded over the nice smooth concrete floor. The rest of us ran througout the structure looking for things to steal smash and vanalize. Fucking up old factories is so fucking fun! There were wooden work desks that we pried off the wall, and threw the bits of wood in the middle of the floor. There were racks of old machinery bits, the small pieces we shoved into our pocked, the larger thing we smashed out windows with and threw around. There was a box of those long loresant lights, real big ones still intack. We smashed them against the walls with a satisfying pop. There was a little office in an ajacent room. I smashed the window and climbed in, although the door was wide open lol. With a metal bar i smashed the desk and cabinets, some old pens pencils and other 30 year old or more office supplies fell out. And best of all, a stash of penthouse mags! I stashed em away into my pockets before my friends could see. Fuck the unfortuanate soul who they belonged to. I picked up the chair and smahed it into one of the bared up windows. Then one of my friends called me, "come over hear, we’re going into the machinery room. There were these huge barrels, probably for the dye that colored the strings. We had manaded to get out bike in, and rode around inside. There were all these cool metal spring things, probably for rolling string onto. I got the big bag and ripped it open with my knife, all of the springs spilling onto the floor. We carried about this for a while, throwing fire crackers into the barrels making loud hollow sounds. When we found openings at the bottom of the smokestacks we shot rocket up them. There were some push carts that we pushed down the concrete ramps or even off loading bay ledges. We got tired so we built a small fire on the floor, and roasted hot dogs on sticks eatin them with mustard. After this we descided to go check out the base ment. We went down these dark stairway. When we got down there it was pitch back. And there was like 2 feet of water frozen. So we ran and slided across the ice, out torches and flash lights making strange shapes upon the walls. We then found a tunnel that lead to the canal. We went down it, smashing icicled with bars and sticks, and then broke another window to get back into the factory. There was a stairway going up that lead to a tower. When we got to the top we discovered a brocken desk. We then smashed the huge windows, and 4 of us heaved the desk out. O and it made made suck a fucking smas when it hit the asphault. It splintered into pieces. We then ran up and down the stairs carrying stuff to throw out the window. Someone shot of botterflies from the tower and they whizzed into the darkening sky. We carried on like this the whole day, skating the place, riding bikes and spraypainting shit on the walls ans vanalizing the place the whole day until someone who lived nearby called the police on us so we had to get the fuck out of there and ride real fast down the dirt path, discarding cool things that we found in our flight. But that was so fucking fun that day. [img]
Jul 08, 2005 3:06 pm - We’ve been looking for you kids for a while now, real smart admitting your crimes on a website. Due to ongoing vandalism and arson attempts at CTS properties, Lt. Jackson at IPD CIS has launched an investigation on our behalf and has gathered several "IP Addresses" of suspects in this case. Vacant property does not mean it is yours to play with, these mills are still privately owned and contain valuable property as well as dangerous materials. Vandalism and theft will not be toleratred.

Not only are you some teenager punk who has no respect for property, but you are some idiot who is probably going to hide behind his parents when the authorities come knocking at your doorstep soon. It’s nice that you post very detailed accounts on the internet... good to give away to the authorities.
