this is how to ruin an electricians day.
first go to a construction site and find the location of the conduit stubs. these are pieces of gray plastic pipe sticking out of the ground next to an exterior wall. they will probably have a rubber cap or some duct tape covering the opening. remove the cap or duct tape and dump a $1 bag of marbles (rocks work too) down the pipe.
this may not sound that bad, but the electrical contractor will have no choice but to replace the whole run of pipe due to the fact that when he tries to run his wire, it will get so tightly loged in there from the marbles that his big fancy tugger will probably overheat and die leaving the wire stuck. there is probably nothing in the world that could get the wire out. and since it is under at least 6in of cement it will be a big project to change it.
