So, if you live in Mission Viejo or near it, this is something you should check out. In almost every city you have storm drains, go figure. So, in MV we have a creek they all tend to empty into near margarite. Back behind the Big-lots, down on the other side is a cement pipe about 6ft tall. This follows La Paz all the way to Olympiad. The trick is to get a couple flashlights, skateboards, gloves and buddies and go up. I’ve been to the top, it takes about 2 hours. Bring anything you think you’ll need. For the first about 50 yards there is a ton a graffiti. It then for the most part stops cause all those punk kids are L-7 weinies. Anyways, go up for a while and eventually the pipe will spilt into two smaller pipes about 5ft tall. Take the one to the left. Keep going and your come to some names painted in blue. Two are from may 3, 1977 and two are from may 3,2004. One of them is me. Keep going on farther and youll come to a little "room". Above is a manhole to the middle of the street. To your left is an even smaller tunnel. If you want, follow that up on your skateboard (its easier on your knees) Once at the top or wherever you stopped. Sit on your boards and ride down. Expect to get a litttle wet. It took us about 30 min to get down from the very top. |

dam, thats awsome, riding down tunnels on ur board. There arent many storm drains around iowa city, and the ines that are there are flooded, so we just skate abandoned factories |
