This is a helluva funny one.

Try this on a cold day, and with someone with a vehicle that you can get into (use a lockpick)!

Buy about 8 cans of shaving cream, and 1 can of Liquid nitrogen (try Edmund Scientific).
Drop can of cream into nitrogen and leave it for 30 seconds.
Quickly pull out with ovenmitts or tongs.
Peel metal off with pliers.
Do this with all the cream.
Throw the *blocks* of cream into the person’s car, and lock it like nothing happened.
This will lightly pressurize his/her car.
When your victim opens the car, POOF!
He’ll be covered w/ pounds of shaving cream!

cars arnt air tight, air goes in (and out when its not on) though the fans
