Ok, for this you need about 5-10 metres of electric cable, a big ass battery (car batterys work best!) a metal urinal, a big sheet of steel or iron (90cm by 1.2m)
First find a good spot in the toilet for the battery. I personally put it beside the urinal and hide it in a cardboard box. Put the sheet of metal down under the urinal. Connected the + terminal on the battery to the metal urinal and the - terminal on the battery to the sheet of metal using the cable. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CONNECT THE URINAL TO THE SHEET OF METAL. Thats what your victims for, heh heh. Now you hide in one of the toilet cubicals and wait. Your victim comes in and stands on the metal sheet. He undose his zipper and starts pissing. As the water in the piss connects with the metal urinal he completes the circuit and gets electricuted! Use a strong battery so it can get throught the rubber soles of your shoes

How exactly is it supposed to go through rubber soles? And urine breaks up into droplets, not a solid stream.

It will melt the soles down untill it gets to the shoe and bang, theres the shock. If you do it at a swimming pool people usally are bare foot so hey presto!

No shit it jumps, but not through about 1/2 inch of rubber, unless you had a really strong current.
