well this is a pretty funny an easy as hell prank 2 pull.
firstly sorry if this is already on here........newais here it goes...
all u need is some washing detergeant and a toilet....all u have 2 do is pour alot of the deteargant into the toilet...around the sides and in the water.......anyways if u poor in enuf wen u flush the toilet bubbles will go rite up to the seat and stay ther 4 a fair wile.............this is a gr8 prank 2 pull on a school camp

what if you pour the soap into the upper tank of the toilet? maybe that will work also.
