This is simple, yet effective........Also very funny.

You need: A pair of gloves
Duct tape
A can of expanding polystyrene foam

Simply put on the gloves, cover the hole of the porta-potty with duct tape and then squirt expanding polystyrene foam into the hole.

It takes about an hour for the foam to harden, but before it does its very goopy and this goop can make an even worse mess then its dry state.
