hmm i dont know if this has been posted but i thought of it during school,
paper machea a balloon about half way filled, they go by some boxes of caps(the paper roll ones not the plastic ones) and rip each one of the caps off and stuff them all in the balloon shell, then some how make a fuse, i guess spraying something flammable on it would help and make it so the fuse is all the way to the bottom.
be careful this could be dangerous.
