take a firecracker but paint it to match all the other candles and get some of the sparkler candles (the ones that act like the fuse on a firecracker)and tell the person that there is no use in blowing out the candle as they will just come back sparkling. and see what his reaction is to the boom.
I havent tried this yet but i have a friend and his birthday is coming up so im gonna try it.

sounds like fun, but it would be better if yuo could somehow get an M80 into the middle of the cake so when it goes off, the cake goes everywhere.

I saw this on Problem Child when I was 12 or something. If they’re putting their face near a firecracker, they’re going to get hurt, and it’s going to make a huge mess.

Maybe you could exchange the wick on a trick candle, for the firecracker fuse. Then it couldn’t go out no matter what.
