ok all u have to do to piss someone off to the point where they run around in the streets screaming is kidnap there cat or dog (dosnt mater how) shave it so that the only fur left on it reads f*** u and crazy glue a rainbow colored wig to its head (making sure not to harm the animal)spray paint or dye the remaining fur (depending on how much time u have) some whaked out color/s and return it and voila a person who will probraly want u dead and if they dont then they are jesus reancarnated.
