This is a pretty clear-cut egg:

Wait for your friend to either go to sleep or pass out.
Then, take out a box of matches, light a match, and stick the match between two of his toes, match-head up.

As the match burns lower and lower, your poor buddies toes will get hotter and hotter. When your finally burns down so that that flame is touching your friends foot, he will snap awake and scream.

Pretty Funny Stuff, eh?
