Ok so when you are walking down the hall in your dorm look at how all the doors to the rooms open. The doors to the rooms all open inwards, leading into each individual room. Find someone you dont like, fill a garbage can up with water, lean it on their door, knock and run! If all goes well, your garbage can will topple over and spill all its contents into the poor bastard’s room. A standard garbage can filled 3/4 the way to the top will flood almost any average dorm room and will soak all the person’s stuff. Make sure you do it late at night so no one sees you or you could get in serious trouble - remember to run far because the worst possible thing is getting caught.

wouldnt it suck if they opened their door, just as you were propping up the garbage can? hahahaaaha that’d be kinda funny to watch.
