If your roommate has an alarm clock thatyou can get to while he/she is asleep...put a custom recorded CD in it. What i did was put in a CD i made where i am just saying, "WAKE UP YA STUPID FUCKER!!!".
I know it sounds stupid at first but trust me, go try it and watch the reaction or set up a camera it is HILARIOUS.

nice idea, but should have added gun noises. like a lot of shooting aks and m-16s, maybe a few grenandes going off.
